Here are some of my favorite links
This is a website that has information for genomic literacy http://genomicliteracy.com/
http://rawfoodsos.com/ is Denise Minger's website and blog. This has lots of well researched and useful information about nutrition and health. There is a special section for vegetarians. Her book Death By Food Pyramid, is a must read. One of these days I'll try to write a review of this amazing book for my blog.
Another great resource is Chris Masterjohn's blog http://blog.cholesterol-and-health.com/ He blogs about nutrition, genetics, lipids, cholesterol and fat soluble vitamins. He recently created a new website at https://chrismasterjohnphd.com/ From his landing page you can also access his podcasts. The Chris Masterjohn Lite podcasts are about 15 minutes long and give you the most important things you need to know about the topic. He also has podcasts that are longer and more detailed. His Cheat Sheet to optimize nutrition is a must have for anyone, looking to optimize their nutrition to tackle specific problems or goals.
Stephan Guyenet's awesome website The Science of Body and Weight www.stephanguyenet.com/
Marion Nestle has a great blog. Food Politics is exactly what she is interested in. I subscribe to her newsletter to stay on top of what's going on in the food world. www.foodpolitics.com/about/
Bill Marler is a nationally recognized food-borne illness lawyer and food safety advocate. I subscribe to his newsletter to stay on top of food recalls and infections caused by contaminated foods. www.marlerblog.com/
Dr. Peter Attia's website with amazing information about low carb diets, ketosis, athletic performance on low carb diets http://eatingacademy.com/start-here
He recently created a new website https://peterattiamd.com/nerd-safari/
promethease.com/Everything he does is very detailed and geeky, hence the name of the site "nerd-safari." His podcasts are usually at least 2 hours long. If you're interested in Medicine and not afraid of Science and detail, this is the place for you.
